Description: Jeannie is five feet, three and three-quarters inches tall with an hourglass figure and long, thick, blonde hair. Her eyes are gray* with thick lashes. She walks both like a woman accustomed to trousers and one accustomed to high heels. She looks like she is (a young-looking) thirty years old.
*Best guess.

Background: Jeannie was born 1 April 64 BC in Bagdhad, Persia along with her twin sister, also named Jeannie, to a family of genies. She also has a brother (uncanonically) named Achmed who is married to Aziza and their son is Abdullah (canon.)

She was courted by the Blue Djinn, who eventually imprisoned Jeannie in her bottle for 2000 years for refusing him. [Despite this, Jeannie managed to meet a large number of historical personages… The canon is inconsistent.]

Jeannie is close to her parents—her mother taught her to cook. She is not particularly close to her brother although their relationship is good. Jeannie’s sister, Jeannie, is jealous of the older twin and always wants what she has. Jeannie (II) has dark hair to her sister’s blond hair. They are otherwise identical and have no moles, markings, or blemishes to determine which is which.

She has a number of extended family members—her great-grandfather Bilejik, great-uncle Suleiman, usually referred to as Uncle Sully, and her (paternal) uncles Azmire and Vasmir.

She will be coming to the village pre-canon, not having been released from her bottle, never meeting Tony Nelson or the rest of the main characters of the show.

Personality: Jeannie is overall very kind and sweet, wanting to think the best of people and situations—despite her bad experience with the Blue Djinn. She is very intelligent and high-spirited. Despite her intelligence, she doesn’t think terribly well on her feet and is likely to make spur-of-the-moment decisions that make things worse instead of better. She also has a jealous streak (which she does not yet know about) with regard to any man she is interested in. She generally more inclined to take it out on the man if he looks at another woman, but she’s not above turning the other woman into a poodle for a little while just for spite.

She will be submissive and docile for her master—seemingly so. The truth is that she does very much what she wants and can turn her master’s words so that they allow her to do it. She’s very much a modern woman in this, though she has old-fashioned values because of her age and family. Many other modern things will confuse her.
